At Zenith Leaf, we stand by the quality of our teas and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for unopened tea products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as received.

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used tea products.
- Returns over $30 are subject to approval.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us at contact@zenithleaftea.com with your order number and reason for the return.

We will provide you with return instructions, including the return address.

Ship the product back to us in secure packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
3. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If the return is due to an incorrect or defective item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
5. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or partially used tea products.

Gift cards or promotional items.

Items purchased through third-party retailers.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged or incorrect product. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as needed.
7. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided they have not been shipped.
