Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Timeframes
- Domestic (U.S.): Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after shipment.
- International: Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days after shipment. Delays due to customs processing are beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and destination and will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping Carriers
- We use USPS and UPS to ensure reliable delivery. Tracking information is provided for all shipments.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer support team via our contact formwithin 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- For stolen packages marked as ‘delivered’ by the carrier, please contact the carrier directly. Zenith Leaf is not responsible for stolen packages but will assist in filing a claim if applicable.
International Shipping & Customs
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
- Customs processing times may vary and are not included in our estimated delivery window.
