  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as delivered, Zenith Leaf is not responsible for loss or theft. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

  • We accept returns on unopened tea packages within 14 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an exception is made of the return is due to our error.

  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened tea products.
